RENTAL POLICIES

The Rental Policies are summarized in THIS DOCUMENT which is a sample of the contract document. Please review them carefully before proceeding with the next steps. 

Once you have reviewed the policy document, you may submit a rental inquiry using the form below, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss availability and next steps. 

Rentals are not confirmed or locked and dates are not held in until a signed agreement and deposit is received.

Please list who is providing the food service, include their phone number and email address if possible. 
REMINDER:
Home Made Food can only be served for a private function and our warmers and equipment cannot be used. 
NOTE: If your Bris is not part of one of the Minyanim and is a Seudah only without the bris being at the Shul please use the "Other Weekday Event" option.

*PRIVATE MINYANIM: This option is only available to Members without an additional fee and only by request and approval. Minyanim must take place in the main Shul with no conflict to the other Minyanim and cannot begin later then 9:30am as long as they will not go past Zman Tefilah

Tent Rental: (Tents are 20ft by 40ft frame tents with no poles in the middle)

 
  • Rental is Available from Pesach to Sukkos.
  • Tents very weather sensitive and are not usable in extreme rain/wind weather or immediately after heavy rain periods. If the forecast indicates consistent winds of 5mph+ we will not be able to set them up.
  • COST: $600 for one tent, $1,000 for two tents (double tent rental includes use of social hall for Shabbos lunch)
  • Included in price of tent rental: Use of our rugs, setup and breakdown, no lighting, heating or cooling is included. 
  • Our tables are not recommended for the tent  because they are only 18” wide and do not stand up well on the uneven ground outside. We recommend renting tables or borrowing from the Gmach.
We have a full size MEAT warmer you could use to warm an foods purchased from a caterer or take out that is under Hashgacha. NO HOME MADE FOODS MAY BE USED. 
Please tell us a bit more about the event, when it is starting, who is setting up. Anything you know and can share will help us understand it and prepare for it better.

Penalties for not following the rules outlined in the document will be automatically billed to a card on file.

Are Tables & Chairs Included?

YES. The rental fee includes the use of the following items which can be used to setup many different floor plan scenarios for your event. 
NOTE: The space is not big enough for ALL these items to be setup at the same time. 

  • Stylish white resin folding chairs (QTY 200)
  • Round 60in Tables (QTY 20)
  • 8ft rectangle tables (QTY 15)
  • Square 5ft x 5ft table (QTY 1)

Is there a projector and screen?

YES. The rental fee includes the use of our built in projector and screen. The screen is approximately 10ft wide. A laptop or similar device is needed to display your content, we do not have one on site.
